The story
What it is and why we built it
postme.live is a multi-platform publishing desk built for small teams, indie creators, and small businesses who need to look big without wiring together five different apps. Upload your media once, write the post once, and let purpose-built AI rewrite the caption natively for each destination — Instagram's hook-first style, YouTube's structured tone, TikTok's punchy cadence, Facebook's longer form.
Connections use the official Meta, YouTube, and TikTok APIs — no scraping, no fragile automations. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, scopes are deliberately narrow, and no user content is ever used to train models. Analytics roll up follower counts, engagement, and video performance across every connected channel into a single dashboard.
It's the broadcast desk we kept wishing existed for our own clients — so we built it.
What's inside
Features
- 01
One desk, every platform
Plug in Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, YouTube, TikTok, and custom webhooks. Each connection uses the platform's official API and only the scopes we actually need.
- 02
Brand-fluent AI captions
Captions get rewritten for each channel's rhythm — not truncated, not pasted. The AI reads your brand brief so the voice stays yours, just spoken in each platform's dialect.
- 03
Reusable media library
Upload videos and images once. Auto-generated thumbnails, size tracking, and a tidy library mean the same asset can ship to five places without five uploads.
- 04
Cross-platform analytics
Followers, subscribers, video counts, and engagement consolidated in one dashboard so you stop tab-hopping to find out what worked.
- 05
Privacy-first by design
AES-256-GCM token encryption, narrow OAuth scopes, and an explicit no-training pledge on user content. Australian-hosted production.
- 06
Webhook escape hatch
Need to push the same content to Slack, your CMS, or a custom destination? Wire up a webhook and the broadcast desk treats it like any other channel.
Who it's for
Built for
- Indie creators juggling 4+ platforms manually
- Small marketing teams without a dedicated social ops hire
- Agencies running campaigns across multiple brands
- Founders posting from their phone at 11pm
How it's different
Differentiators
- Captions are rewritten per-platform — not cross-posted, not truncated.
- Brand briefs drive the AI so voice stays consistent across channels.
- Official platform APIs only — no scraping, no fragile workarounds.
- Privacy posture is unusual in this category: encrypted tokens, narrow scopes, no model training on customer content.
