I joined Sam Fairbairn at the Melbourne Disability Expo, where we introduced the Hai Helper app to the community for the first time.
It was a valuable day for me as one of the engineers working on the app. I got to meet people who would be using it, hear their stories and better understand the difficulties they were facing.
Hearing it from the people using it
There was encouragement and excitement about what we were building. There were also honest conversations about people’s experiences and pain points. I appreciated having the chance to listen to those directly.
